An easy to operate system using hot glue. Suitable for pad binding, spine tape binding, and book binding/perfect binding, automatically attaching a printed cover or blank card cover. Binds up to 200 books/pads per hour with no messy operations required by the operator. Glue is added in the form of pellets, dropped into the tank. The DB-200 can be used with or without milling to the spine, to suit individual job requirements. Temperature can be varied to suit specialist glues. For thicker/more difficult jobs the milling device can be operated twice per book. Many useful features normally only found on more expensive machines. Very economical and fully automated process for producing quality finished books/pads up to 40mm thick and 320mm spine length.
